I always take photos of the item’s before sending them to the buyer, i take photos even while packing the item, if something is preloved and there is even a tiny mark or anything i always send photos to the buyer and also put the photos on vited. Just to make sure that the buyer dosent have to go thru any inconvenive & it keeps me safe as well from fraudlents
